I use realism, valens progression, and zPOOP. These all change the AI and how the game plays, realism is a big change, the others change load outs to match your level, and mess with the AI. This mod should work from SPT 3.5.3 and up to the latest. I have not made it compatible with Realism mod but you can do it yourself if you read the author's guide. To install the mod, just drag and drop the folder inside the archive into user/mods.

Only thing I've noticed so far is that scavs don't respond to wiggling anymore when playing as scav, though this could be totally unrelated to POOP. Doesn't bother me either.
