In response to your question, I think Pepper Pharm is 1318 cards covering 90% of the material likely to appear on Step 1. Anking Pharm is probably 6000 cards that covers 95%. This is my preference, but I would rather bridge that 5% difference with Qbanks than Anki. [deleted] • 3 yr. ago.
