In general, it seems like more "serious" researchers tend to consider those born in the mid- and late 1990s to be Millennials. In my view, I would consider 1999/2000 to be the Millennial/Gen Z cutoff. I think that is the best date that makes the most sense. I would consider those born between 1995-1999 to be younger Millennials.
