From that spreadsheet, among TW-6, -7, and -8, only TW-6 and -7 are more long-term efficient for farming than other available stages, while TW-8 is marginally more efficient (1.010 TW-8 to 1.000 for 4-8) for grindstone.

You might need 20, but on my arksplanner which has an entire list of E2 and M3s I've planned needs 140 RMA. 140 RMA is will take multiple weeks and maybe months farming. I've farmed RMA for 2 weeks in the past. TW-8 still is a good place to farm to relieve the current Grindstone grind (heh), but maybe TW-7 is better. If we compare TW-7 to any stage that drops Aketon in CN so far, it clearly stands out from all other stages.
