Soft Surroundings has Deteriorated a Lot. I am a long-time customer and have purchased a LOT of merchandise from Soft Surroundings. I recently had an issue and was sad to learn that the company had been sold and customer service was operating out of the Philippines. The service rep was difficult to understand.
