For wooden keys, I suggest farming Ra in Krokotopia, as he drops permanent pony mounts, crokagator, camel and mander palanquin as well. Temple Phantom wooden key boss in Hollow mountain dungeon drops three different permanent Kirin mounts. Hope this helps. (Didn't include gold key bosses since you're lower level).
