Feb 17, 2024 · Firehouse is my favorite restaurant in the greater Sacramento Valley. The food and service always exceed my expectations. I had the chateaubriand 3 course and it was mouthwatering delicious. My only note (not a criticism) is that I felt a bit packed in to the front dining room on this particular visit, but I still had an amazing experience. The scrumptious 'Double-Cut Local Brined Pork Chop' has also been highly recommended. Despite its sophisticated ambiance and high-quality fare, many customers believe its prices offer real value for money, making The Firehouse Restaurant a paragon of fine Contemporary American dining. 3.
