But a part of bar prep is getting used to patterns, and switching between uworld and adaptibar got a bit confusing at one point bc they have different explanations for the same type of questions. Having a tough time deciding.. It looks like both are comparable and I took UWorld’s free trial and LOVE the explanations and I can save about $150 (including discount). My only question is if Adaptibar’s adaptive technology makes a difference. Is it worth the additional money. I need some help to make a decision.

Both UWorld and Adaptibar are mobile-friendly, with each having a mobile app available for both iOS and Android, allowing you to study anywhere, on any device. Although both UWorld and Adaptibar offer apps, the technology and functionality between them is drastically different.

UWorld gives better explanation, Adaptibar adapts and gives you harder questions as time goes on. I think both offer a trial or a test drive of sorts so jump in and see which one helps you learn better. I wouldn’t waste money on both (unless you shit money and even then, that’s excessive). The goal to MBE is reviewing and constantly improving.

For lecture i only used mark k. UWorld owns Themis, and it comes with the course now. Barbri owns Adaptibar, and either Adaptibar or UWorld will be a nice supplement, although I think Adaptibar with Grossman videos is the way to go if you are headed that route (assuming finances aren’t an issue). Otherwise, if you are between the basic products, probably UWorld.
