These are USCF ratings though, I guess, which (as far as I know - I'm not American) are much more like FIDE ratings than Chess.com. I'm guessing that in the vast majority of clubs, there won't be several players under 1000 Chess.com rating. In my area I've been around quite a few clubs and the weakest players seem to be 1300-1400 Chess.com.
