I have done ALL of the port forwarding they instruct as well as some others have, I restart game, I do the ipconfig/flushdns that "support" tells me to do, I restart pc. The "fix" only lasts for a few games then the delay comes back. Once the delay comes back sure enough the playdough textures show up shortly after. Vote.
