Nocticula's ship and Mielarah's ship both are better at doing some things. For example, Nocticula's ship has her banner - so at the start you can auto-pass the check where a bunch of harpies accost your ship. But Mielarah's ship has a crew that won't mutiny after a specific event in the storybook section, on the other hand. If Nocticula offers ... How am I supposed to progress this quest? I've done all the others leading up to it and have read when you finish the quest with Shamira, Nocticula is supposed to appear and teleport you somewhere but instead nothing happens. Mielarah can die at the end of act 4 ( your choice ) so that would cause issues. What is more the DLC is about a cursed ship not a cursed captain.
