Sep 7, 2020 · So, having affinity boosters on, I level up Mausolon/Cortege first, doing AW runs at Salacia. Took me 2-3 runs each forma. I initily formad Mausolon three times and then went on doing Iso Vault T1-T3 runs at the top of each Fass/Vome cycle or just go 5th bounty runs if in between cycles to not waste time. It's not a fast way to get relics, but it will also drop a lot of affinity and some rare parts. Regular Sanctuary Onslaught is easier, gives a lot of affinity and drops Khora parts. These two methods don't give a lot of relics, but more the type of thing where you end up getting a lot of relics while farming for something else (e.g. Khora).

So, assuming tier 4 and undetected vault hacks and not killing anything, if you've only got one weapon equipped (best thing to do if leveling weapon) then your weapon will get 9000 affinity from each vault and 27000 affinity from each spy mission.
