Is rather simple actually. When you do sister missions you pick quick objectives that dont require you to do much. Capture, sabotage, rescue, extermination if needed. Also on average my sisters die at lvl3 or lower, you can knock one out in 30min easily. Pretty sure you can get one to lvl 30 in a single ESO run.

In my experience the biggest issue with hounds are their shields. They are pretty damn thick. My solution was that i'm an Unairu Glue Eater, so i would just strip them of both armor and shields using Unairu 1>2 abilities and then they usually die in like 1 heavy smack of my melee. Either that or mod for heavy anti-shield damage (lots of magnetic)
