Rifle Amp does not affect bows because there are other amp auras (I believe the sniper amp also covers bows), they just haven't been released. those got disabled at this moment, so it might work. test it. The 20% part isn't bad, considering that if all 4 players bring one, you would get a cumulative 80% bonus, which, for sniper rifles, is a pretty solid buff. But I'll agree that an aura that only ranks up to 5 (10 with matching polarity) is pretty disappointing energy-wise, compared to say Rifle Amp with 7 (14 matching).

As for amps, my favourite is 147. The 1 is a sniper rifle, so you can shot them from very far away without worrying too much about them hurting you.
