That's how I've been farming for them. You can breeze through it so quick with a high level character. Every fight has a chance to drop CP but I've mainly been getting them dropped by the fire wraith guys in the third fight. If you set up an auto clicker overnight you can farm Grizzleheim really easy.

Couch potatoes don't have a lot of needs but if you have several plots you may run out of energy trying to see to the needs with single plant spells.
