Personally I just ground out an impact nukor to play around with that. Impact gives you that same extra proc that magnetic does from another source that doesn't making combining elements awkward. And then you get to throw on the hemorrhage mod for those sweet slash procs.

A lot of people use the Kuva Nukor primarily for priming melee weapons with condition overload, and magnetic is the best general purpose element to add for that for a lich progenitor. Impact Nukor with Hemorrhage technically is the most statuses, but most melee has impact & slash already so it's a very small niche where that technicality matters.

The Epitaph's uncharged shots, which you will be using to prime Enemies, have forced Cold Procs, so if you go for three 60/60s make sure that your Single Element is not Cold. Kuva Nukor - radiation/corrosive - nada. Stahlta modded for radiation - seemed promising initially but quickly became useless.
